Export DEM raster in TIFF format in ArcGIS

  1. In the Contents window | Right-click on the raster | Data | Export Raster.
  2. Output Raster Dataset: select the folder and specify the name of the output raster element.
  3. Output Format: select TIFF.
  4. If needed, specify the Coordinate System.
  5. Pixel Type: 32 Bit fload.
  6. Click Export.
