With this tutorial you will be able to download an Excel file containing precipitation temporal distributions defined by quartiles (25th, 50th, and 75th percentiles) and provided for multiple probabilities of occurrence (10%–90%) for a selected geographic location.
1) Open this link: https://hdsc.nws.noaa.gov/pfds/
2) Select the country on the map. You will be directed to another webpage.
3) Select the point on the map.
4) On the Supplementary Information tab, go on the IV. Temporal distributions section, select the precipitation duration (for example 24-hours) and click Submit. The excel file will be downloaded.
You should obtain a CSV file as the following (uploaded here as an xlsx file):
